Speak of the Devil

from Dipod by Dipod

lyrics

i overheard the kids say
an old abandoned couch lay
out in the field
the door to hell is sealed

the sun is low today
the man in white will play

rode our bikes along
the path where
snakes did crawl
until the trees spread open their arms
and the piece unleashed its charms

the long grass swayed silent
magnetic fields drifted in
we were told not to touch it
the demon man would grab our hand

the sun is low today
the man in white will play

who
where
i
don't see him

who
where
i
don't feel him

hello...

I've been waiting here
isn't all this clear
just sit right down here
cushions are soft dear

follow me...

the door just opens here
slide through the hole
you'll awaken soon enough
and you'll remember your fear
remember your fear...

grabbed me from behind,
my friends pushed me to run

run as fast as we can
got away from his hand

the sun is low today
the man in white will play
